This piece began life as a flat ceramic bead.  It has then been coated with 4-5 layers of silver clay. It took about a week to construct, waiting for each layer to dry before I could move onto the next stage. After firing it was hand polished and I haven't given this a high shine as I feel the texture looks better when some of it is still a matt finish.

I have made only 5 of these, one I am keeping and the other 4 are for sale. As the textured pattern looks slightly different each time I will list them individually. This is star Number 4.

  • Size of star approx - 5cm wide
  • Presented in gift bag 
  • Comes with a simple black knotted cord (about 90cm) in a gift bag. However there are options to replace the cord with:
  1. A 45cm silver chain (+£15)
  2.  42cm black rubber necklet (3mm wide) with a sterling silver bayonet fastener. (+£25)
